ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)

AccuPro provides a Tier II ADA survey per the ASTM E-2018 Standard for Property Condition Assessments. The Tier II is an inexpensive way to identify whether or not provisions for ADA have been implemented on the property, and if those provisions are compliant. The Tier II Survey is an abbreviated scope survey entailing the taking of a limited number measurements and counts.

The Tier II Survey will report on ADA compliance in the following areas:

	Ramps
	Entrances and Exits
	Paths of Travel
	Elevators
	Toilet Rooms
	Guestrooms
