New Construction and Quality Control Inspections
Over the years AccuPro Inspection Services has attended many International Building
Code (IBC) commercial seminars including: building structures; firewall separation; ingress and egress;
American's with Disabilities Act (ADA); and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. As a result, we
frequently identify construction defects as a normal part of our commercial property
inspections--defects that could have been prevented and/or detected during the construction
phase. Therefore, we highly recommend Commercial Construction and/or Quality Control Inspections during
the construction process or just prior to releasing the subcontractors from the
project.
Identify
construction defects before the subcontractors are released so you don't end up paying to correct them
later!
