While price is one of the first questions a client might ask, it should be one of the last things you should be concerned about. A home inspection completed by a proficient and experienced inspector will typically identify thousands of dollars of construction defects and deferred maintenance items, while also pointing out property safety or cost concerns. You owe it to yourself and your family to have the most comprehensive inspection possible in order to fully identify ALL of the issues of the property. Saving $25 to $50 by going with a cheaper inspector may cost you thousands of dollars in the end if all of the issues associated with the property are not discovered at the time of the inspection. Do not let this happen to you!

Our pricing is based primarily on the square footage of the property, as the larger the property the longer the inspection will take to complete. Pricing will also be determined by the age of the property, whether or not you want the pool or spa inspected, and if you want a comprehensive inspection of the property sprinkler system.
