To view, download or print a copy of your AccuPro Home Inspection Report, click on the button to the right. Please have the user name and password ready that your inspector provided to you as you will need them to access your report. Also, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your system. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please go to to the Adobe web site to download a free copy.

VIEW SAMPLE REPORTS

AccuPro provides a full narrative style report that averages 25-35 pages and identifies and documents every major system and component of the home per the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice. The report also points out maintenance recommendations and any suggested safety upgrades.

In addition, AccuPro provides a summary report of critical findings which averages 3-6 pages. The summary report identifies those items that should be repaired, replaced or evaluated by a qualified professional prior to the close of escrow. Or, in the case of a New Home Warranty inspection, a repair list for the original builder/developer.
